One week

It's hard to believe that I have been back for one week already!  Time really does fly.  It's amazing how fast it goes.  It has been good to be back.  I've missed it down here.  It has been good to see everyone again and get re antiquated and be able to build on old friendships.  It has also been fun to be back with Caleb and the family.  He is such a crazy silly boy and full of so much energy.  But he always has the ability to make me smile.

Life has been a little bit different because of the fact that the kids are currently out of school at the moment.  Which means the programs in Carpio are a little bit different than normal.  That and I'm not teaching English in the afternoons like I was before.  Also the sports program that Renuevos has on Saturdays is on hold till school starts back up, which will be in February.  Basically this means that on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, there are more kids at kids club and there are more helpers.  Susie (the one who does the kids clubs) also takes the kids down to Renuevos so that they can run and play outside and enjoy the green grass.  Which makes kids club a little bit different but fun all at the same time.

It has been fun to be back at the clinic.  Some little things have changed but for it's still the same clinic.  Taking lots of manual BP's, weights, heights, and giving IM shots.  The best part is being back with the people who are working there.  They constantly make me smile.

It's been good to be back.  Of course there are little things that have changed, like the fact that the bus fare went up by 5 colons.  Not much at all, it just takes a little getting used to.  Now I have to get out 260 instead of 255.  So it's the little things.  Like the fact that I can all low 60's cold.  Which I'm not complaining about.  I don't get weird looks when I'm out in a sweater like I would at home.  And it's back to throwing toilet paper in the trashcan.  But all in all, it feels like home again.

Blessings
